Name of the autistic hiring program: The business itself serves as the program.

Rising Tide Car Wash mainly hires individuals with autism (or those on the spectrum). In 2020,
the program achieved such success that the organization decided to inaugurate a third location in 2022.
Co-founder John D’Eri and his son Thomas launched the car wash enterprise motivated by his other son’s autism diagnosis during early childhood.
D’Eri’s mission:
